Our Shipping Rates
- For domestic (West Malaysia) orders, we offer a flat rate of MYR 6 for parcel delivery.
- For domestic (East Malaysia) orders, we offer a flat rate of MYR 9 for parcel delivery.
Customers living in Malaysia enjoy FREE delivery with total spending above RM 100 in a single receipt. - For Singapore (SG) orders, we offer a flat rate of ±MYR18 (SGD 8, based on international currency) for parcel delivery.

Delivery Options
We have an only options for shipping : Poslaju. All orders requires signature upon receipt.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver orders every Wednesday and Saturday(alternative). Detail schedule as below:
Order made between Saturday - Tuesday : Deliver on Wednesday
Order made between Wednesday - Friday : Deliver on Saturday (alternative)
Xiawa Dressroom reserve the right to delay shipments a few days without prior notice, due to unexpected inconveniences, ie. unexpected stock shortage, heavy work load, handcraft product(s) that need extra time to produce.
If the delay is more than a week, customer shall receive an email notifications from us.
At most of the time, parcel will reach your doorstep within
- (Malaysia) Within 2 working days
- (Singapore) 7-10 working days
- (Others) Please contact our customer service.
Unfortunately, there are no guarantee from Xiawa Dressroom as it is a matter that beyond our control.
Packaging
We check every items carfully before proceed to deliver. We provide secure and waterproof packaging for each package, you items are well-protected. However, there are no responsible from Xiawa Dressroom for the damage or loss during delivery as it is a matter that beyond our control.

- Cheras Leisure Mall. Weekday 7pm - 9pm. Weekend 10am - 7pm.
COD if free of charge, but FULL payment need to be arranged before meet up.
