Our secure online payment
We are corporate with iPay88 to provide secure online payment enviroment to you. All transactions made within this website are processed using iPay88. A secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
iPay88 is Malaysia's Payment System Act 2003 compliance, PCI Data Security Standard Compliance, and 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) compliance.
How to pay via iPay88?
First of all, you need to register yourself a online transaction and banking service listed above.
After selecting your prefer carrier(shipping method) on the checkout page, you will be directed to our payment page.
Click on the picture display in the highlighted box, you will be directed to iPay88 secured payment page.
Select your prefer online banking service (in this case, maybank2u), and click the "Pay by Maybank2u" button.
Complete your online payment as usual. Once you have done, you will be redirected to Xiawa Dressroom order history page.
If your payment is success, you will notice "Payment accepted" list below "Status". If it isn't, you can press the "Reorder" button to proceed your payment again.
Offline Bank Transfer
Many of us don't like offline bank transfer, it takes longer time, which always cause the worse - your ordered item(s) run out of stock. However, if you prefer to offline banking, or don't have an online banking account, Xiawa Dressroom offer another option which is offline bank transfer. We only accept offline payment to our Maybank account.
Our bank account details will display at the checkout page for your reference.
If you choose Bank Transfer as your payment method, payment need to be arranged within 3 days after checkout, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled. We do not reserve the particular product(s) during the 3 days procedure.
Please make sure that you pay the accurate amount, we only return the change in voucher form.
