  1. How can I know if the items fit me?
    We provide measurement(length, width, height, etc) details and description for every product. Besides, and also photographs of the items in different angle. We put on the garments on standard size mannequin to show you how the garment looks like while put on body.
  2. The item doesn't look exactly like what I see online, why?
    We always try our best to show you how the product looks in its "real color", and we insist to sell high quality clothing. Our product photos are taken under bright light with digital camera. If you find that the purchased product look different, it may be caused by different lighting and screen color setting. The same product might look different in your computer screen or in others. We understand your concern about receiving a product that is not what you have in mind. If you are not pleased with the item you purchased, you can always return it to us.   3. Where do you find your clothes?
    All over the world! We carry a variety of things, and all of them come from different places. Besides imported products, we do have unique items from our selected designers.
  4. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
    We are corporate with iPay88 to provide secure online payment enviroment to you. All transactions made within this website are processed using iPay88. A secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
  5. Is my personal information safe with Xiawa Dressroom?
    We only use your personal data for shipping, billing, and mailing purpose (or maybe a birthday surprise!). For further information on how we protect your privacy please read Privacy & Security.
  6. Are the sold out items restockable?
    Most of the time, no. But we do bring back some hotcakes if possible.
  7. How do I know if you have received my order?
    You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.
  8. How long can I reserve an item?
    Unfortunately, we don't provide reservation at this moment.
  9. I don't have an online banking account, do you accept offline payment?
    Yes, we accept offline payment to our Maybank account as well. You will get the information during checkout your order.
  10. I have second thought after checkout my order, I don't want to buy it(them) anymore, can I cancel my order?
    Your order will be canceled automatically if you failed to arrange payment within 48 hours after checkout, and you will be listed as "Backout Buyer". Backout Buyer will NOT longer enjoy our SALE items, and any other member benefits. Please think through before you place any order. 
  11. Poslaju is too expensive, can I choose Pos Express instead?
    No. We insist to deliver via Poslaju which ensure item to reach you fast and safer.
