Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Xiawa Dressroom, we aim to please, we want you be happy! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we'll do whatever we can to make it better!

Read our simple Returns and Exchanges Policy below, follow the steps for the type of transaction you want to make, and remember, you can always contact us with any additional order or product-related questions or issues.

  • All returns packages must be received within 7 days of the date your order shipped from us.
  • Returns are processed within 7-14 business days of package receipt.
  • Refunds is in form of cash voucher which you can use for future purchase.
  • For refunds, 10% of the item(s) value will be deducted as administration fees.
  • Shipping cost is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
  • We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color.
  • Xiawa Dressroom DO NOT cover shipping cost for returns and exchanges.
  • You must return your package through the Poslaju or Pos Ekspress Service only.
  • The following items are non-refundable:
    • Returns received after 7 days of the original order shipment date
    • Returns received in damaged or worn condition
    • Intimates, tights, socks, and sale items
    • Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other physical differences), minor fraying, creases, slight misalignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched;
    • Button loss (replacement of buttons will be sent to you);
    • Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) e.g. washable stains, smudges and dirt;
    • Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.

Domestic Return

As long as your items are eligible for return or exchange, start off by following these easy steps:

  1. Include your original invoice in your package. If you misplaced it, simply go to "My Account," click on your "Order History," select the right order number, find the PDF icon, click "Download your invoice as a .PDF file", then print the downloaded PDF file.
  2. On the back of your invoice, specify if you are returning or exchanging, and write down your reason. If you are exchanging, indicate the new size or color.
  3. Place your invoice, along with the item(s) in unworn condition and with tags attached, in a securely sealed shipping container / packaging.
  4. Ready to return / exchange! Please contact our customer service to get the shipping address for return / exchange.

Domestic Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer free 'quick' and ‘traditional’ methods of exchange. Here's the difference:

Quick Exchange
This is the best and fastest way to ensure you get the size or color you want before an item runs out of stock. To exchange as quickly as possible:

  1. First, contact our customer care. Tell us which size or color you want to exchange, and purchase the particular item as soon as you can! (Who knows it might be snap by others?)
  2. All that’s left to do is to return your original item for a full refund! Just follow the steps listed under "How to Make a Return or Exchange" and "Free Domestic Returns."

Traditional Exchange
Traditonal exchange takes a little longer, so those precious limited items may be gone by the time we process your request. But, if you don’t want the temporary second charge that comes with a quick exchange, this is your best option.Follow the steps listed under "Domestic Return or Exchange" - be sure to indicate that you are exchanging, and the new size you want.

International Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of international shipping, we do not offer international returns and exchanges.
